Environment is clean and relaxing; not too busy when I was there. They do have service dog days on occasion which is fun! Staff are warm and kind. Dr. Katherine White was relational and thorough in her assessment. The office is family-owned by her and her husband. She answered my questions thoroughly, and provided samples for what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable to answer my questions as well. I've been to other eye doctors in the area, and this one has been the best one!

Never before in my life have I felt a doctor understood my vision trouble or that I was well taken care of. Dr. White took time to educate and explain things that my 4 previous eye doctors didn’t. I walked out of her office confident and comfortable because I know she is taking proper care of my vision and eye health. I wish I found her sooner! Highly recommend!

Walked in to a full waiting room, no appointment, not a patient of the practice. I needed some assistance with the lenses on my glasses and the experience had me incredibly frustrated! I quickly met Jaci and Stacey and aside from being lovely people, were incredibly helpful. Had me fixed (after effort on their part), and back to my office in less that 20 minutes. In a seemingly customer-service-less world, these two were all about the customer experience and I had a GREAT one!!! Thank you so much!!!
